Are there any visual indicators to tell the difference between mutants and inhumans? Or do you just have to be aware of their conception and whether or not they have a x-gene?

All Inhumans are left-handed.
Brevoort is an editor for a number of reasons, including his unrivaled position as the grand-high Poobah of Nerdery. And every creator I have met loves picking his brain. Seriously, Brevoort knows more about comics than anyone else, with the possible exceptions of C.B. Cebulski, Kurt Busiek, or Mark Waid. Just accept it. Go to a convention and politely ask for a few moments of their time. All of these guys are awesome to talk with.
